■Transcendent and Semi-Transcendent Cards

Transcendent Cards and Semi-Transcendent Cards are cards that have demonstrated significantly higher power levels compared to other cards in the current competitive environment, thereby affecting the overall balance of the game.

・Transcendent Cards: These cards cannot be included in decks used in official or Authorized tournaments.

・Semi-Transcendent Cards: These cards may be included in decks, but only in limited quantities.

The purpose of these designations is to prevent specific decks from dominating the competitive scene and to maintain a diverse and balanced environment where a variety of decks and strategies can coexist.

Both Transcendent and Semi-Transcendent Cards may still be used in Sealed Format events.
