Thank you for your continued support of the Ultraman Card Game.

To ensure a healthier competitive environment and maintain game balance, we are designating certain cards as Transcendent Cards.

■Transcendent Cards 

Transcendent Cards are cards that have proven to be significantly stronger than other cards in the current competitive environment and have thus impacted the game's overall balance.

In order to create a fairer game environment for all Ultra Leaguers, any cards that have been designated as Transcendent Cards cannot be included in decks used in official and Authorized tournaments.

Transcendent Cards may still be used in Sealed events.

The following cards have been designated as Transcendent Cards.

• BP01-022 Ultraman Mebius
• BP01-026 Ultraman Mebius Mebium Knight Blade 

Implementation date

• 1 August 2025 (Fri) 

Based on usage rate, conversion rate, and win rate data from recent tournaments for various events such as the “Ultra League Rise Cup”, the “Ultra League Championship in Japan”, and the “Ultra League Galaxy Cup EX”, we have determined that the above cards have impacted the game's balance, and have therefore been designated as Transcendent Cards.

We will continue to monitor the competitive environment and revise the Transcendent Card designations as needed. Please note that Transcendent Card designations may be lifted due to shifts in the game's meta or the release of new products.

We are dedicated to the Ultra League Charter, and will continue to strive to provide an environment for all Ultra Leaguers.
